In Spilamberto, near Modena, the Poggioli Dairy Cooperative collects and processes fresh milk every day from its four associated farms, using it exclusively to produce Parmigiano Reggiano. Production follows strict guidelines and focuses on the quality of the milk, which is achieved through rigorous feeding of the cows, carefully managed on each farm. The Parmigiano Reggiano, free from preservatives, is aged in the warehouse until it reaches the best characteristics of aroma, flavor, and texture. 85,000 wheels of Poggioli-branded Parmigiano Reggiano ONLY.

Ca’ Dé Vincenzi, Casa Ferrarini, La Cappella, and Passini Farming Company are four farms located in the Modenese foothills. These establishments are distinguished by their production of high-quality milk, obtained from controlled and optimal feeding—an essential element for creating Parmigiano Reggiano Poggioli. Each farm contributes its own agricultural expertise to ensure the authenticity and excellence of the final product.
