La Cappella is a reality that was born in the 60s and which is today characterized by 360 Friesian Italian cows of which 170 are lactating and self-sufficient production of 100% of the forage and some cereals such as barley, which guarantee a good and constant diet for the cows. This in turn provides high quality milk. This company is also characterized by organic production.
Thanks to these features comes the famous Parmigiano Reggiano from the Poggioli Dairy.
